The purpose of this subsidy is to improve the productivity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) contribute to the development of the Japanese economy by supporting capital investment in the development of innovative services, development of prototypes and improvement of production processes.

What's The Subsidies to support traditional craft industries? (This is available in Japan only.)
The purpose of this subsidy is to support projects to secure raw materials for traditional crafts in each production area, projects to create and foster young successors, as well as projects to collaborate with different fields such as tourism and other production areas, and to develop demand in major consumption areas in Japan and overseas.

What's Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program? (This is only for SMEs in Japan.)
This project supports R&D with high potential for commercialization, prototype development, and sales channel development by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in cooperation with research institutions such as universities and public research institutes.
